Physi-Yoga is a unique concept promoting complete health and healing from pain and injuries using cutting edge rehabilitation, manual therapy, yoga and mindful movement.
Both a boutique yoga studio and physiotherapy clinic, Physi-Yoga embraces the philosophy that in order to attain optimal health, well being and to recover from injuries and chronic pain, we need to focus on each individual and the mind-body connection.
We offer longer, personalized, hands-on treatment with therapists trained in both yoga and manual therapy techniques as well as a number of yoga and movement classes to promote optimal alignment, back health and overall physical and mental balance.
Physi-Yoga is the home to Yoga for a Happy Back – a new treatment approach using the Great Yoga Wall™ for spinal traction and decompression.
